| How to sell Reports at weSRCH.com? | ||
Similar to posting a paper, Reports for Sale gives members the ability to sell research reports online. The difference is that when Buyers access a report, they first see a teaser brochure or executive summary. From that page they can purchase the report, which gives them full access, after entering a password that is e-mailed to them. This password is provided by the seller when they upload their report and is kept confidential. There is a Chinese IT Wall to prevent access by other analysts inside weSRCH. |
Reports for Sale are displayed on a separate tab in each of the domain’s home pages. When the tab is selected a list of available reports for sale in that domain will be listed. Buyers can scroll through the available reports and click-through to view a brochure and summary. The buyer can then choose to purchase the report or go back to view other papers. |
When a report is purchased, the buyer will pay for the report through PayPal and a notice will be sent to both the author and weSRCH.com. Upon completing their purchase, a password and download instructions for the report are emailed to the buyer. weSRCH.com then sends a check to the author. Once purchased, reports can be also be viewed later in the buyer’s myLIBRARY. |
weSRCH.com will be a non-exclusive rep for your services, with commissions of 23%, (20% for us, 3% for PayPal, and the rest for you). |
To Begin Selling Reports: 1) Choose “Sell a Report” in the Upload a paper section. 2) Agree to the terms and agreement given by weSRCH. 3) Enter your details: title, price, password, etc. 4) Upload a brochure or teaser report- this is what buyers will read when determining whether or not to purchase your report. 5) Upload your own terms and agreement for you and the buyer. 6) Upload the full PDF version of the report. 7) Wait for your first sale! |

| How will communities be formed? | ||
WeSRCH includes an ability to propose a topic and ask other WeSRCH members to form a community. |
For example, let’s say people are starting to use a new tool. Someone can propose either a public community to talk about the tool, or a moderated community that would be limited to members who would operate within a pass-protected forum. |
